Smithfield is the new mixed use quarter for Stoke-on-Trent, comprising 1.2m sq.ft of office, retail and hotel space and creating more than 4000 jobs. The project will also deliver in excess of 270,000 sq.ft of new public realm.

The first phase of Smithfield project was completed in August 2015 and comprises 210,000 sq.ft of bespoke Grade A office accommodation to be occupied by Stoke-on-Trent City Council. No 1 Smithfield includes the relocated City Library and has a new customer hub from which the Council will deliver its primary services.

No.2 Smithfield provides back office accommodation and also includes two ground floor commercial units totalling to 7,500 sq.ft.
The new buidlings are set in stunning new public realm, including a new public square which will be available as performance and event space.

Further phases are now in the pipeline including No 3 Smithfield, a 50,000 sq.ft commercial office building, and a new 125 bedroom hotel which it is anticipated will be commenced early in 2016.
