New District for Huyton

Part of the council's 10 year development plan, the redevelopment of Huyton has the potential for 1700 jobs and a £50.8m boost for the economy.
Working in partnership with Knowsley Borough Council to transform a 7-acre site adjacent to Huyton’s Derby Road.
The site will be anchored by a new Council HQ building with residential, office and hotel opportunities surrounding a new high quality public realm space for the local community.
Creating a long-term legacy
Sensitive to the existing community’s engagement with the Village, the site will be designed to improve connections across Huyton’s different hubs including transport, hospitality and retail.
