Genr8 appoints CDP Marshall for delivery of Halifax employment space

Genr8 has appointed CDP Marshall as its employment delivery partner for the Sowerby Bridge scheme. CDP and Gen8 will jointly deliver circa 75,000 sq ft of new industrial space on the projects south bank site. Genr8 partner Richard Ingham said ‘ CDP Marshall are the ideal partner to deliver the employment space in joint venture with. CDP know the West Yorkshire market better than anyone and we are very confident that there is significant existing demand for new high quality workspace.
