Our Story
Genr8 was established in 2008 to deliver mixed use regeneration to towns and cities across the UK.
We provide a complete range of services across the entire development spectrum. We focus exclusively on delivery and in order to achieve this, adopt risk positions which best suit our development partners’ individual needs and requirements. This sets us apart from many of our contemporaries.
Working principally in partnership with the public sector Genr8 has delivered more than 1.2 million sq ft of mixed use regeneration and currently has a further 1 million sq ft underway, either under construction or in the development pipeline.
We act as the strategic place-maker, turning complex, large-scale sites into vibrant, deliverable and sustainable new places.
Genr8 sits at the centre of the development ecosystem aligning landowners, public sector partners, investors and delivery teams to drive long-term value.

GENR8 SECURES ITS FIRST SCHEME IN THE COPLEY VALLEY
A transformational project in partnership with Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council is agreed.
2010
GENR8 SIGNS A REGENERATION PARTNERSHIP WITH STOKE-ON-TRENT CITY COUNCIL
1.25 million sq ft mixed use business and resident district set to be delivered in the heart of the city, known as Smithfield.
2012
GENR8 AND KAJIMA PARTNERSHIPS JOIN FORCES IN ROCHDALE
Genr8 Rochdale, the Genr8 Kajima joint venture, completes its development agreement with Rochdale Council to deliver phased town centre regeneration.
