Construction Milestone Reached as Hampton by Hilton Telford Celebrates Topping Out
A major milestone has been achieved in the delivery of the new Hampton by Hilton hotel in Telford town centre, with partners and project team members gathering to celebrate the building’s topping-out ceremony.
The event marks the completion of the highest structural point of the development, representing a significant step forward in bringing the new hotel to life as part of the ongoing regeneration of Telford town centre.
The Hampton by Hilton hotel will provide high-quality accommodation for business and leisure visitors, strengthening Telford’s hospitality offering and supporting the town’s continued economic growth. Once complete, the hotel will create 38 full-time jobs, providing valuable employment opportunities for local people while helping to attract new visitors, support local businesses and enhance Telford’s appeal as a destination for investment, events and tourism.
The topping-out ceremony brought together representatives from across the project team to recognise the progress made to date and the collaborative effort that has helped deliver this important stage of construction.
