Working with Knowsley Metropoliton Borough Council as part of their Huyton Town Centre regeneration plans, Genr8 is set to deliver the redevelopment of a 7-acre site off the main high street as part of Genr8 Kajima Regeneration.
In 2022, Genr8 Kajima Regeneration formed a Joint Venture with Newcastle University. The main focus of this partnership is the delivery of the Health Innovation Neighbourhood project, an exemplar research and innovation community on the 29-acre site of the former General Hospital in Newcastle’s West End, to comprise residential, academic, leisure, retail, and employment.
PfP Igloo – the partnership of PfP Capital and Igloo Regeneration – form the Jigsaw Consortium, known as Partnerships and Places, alongside Genr8 Kajima Regeneration. Brought together to facilitate the development of the Central Winchester Regeneration project, PfP Igloo provide extensive residential experience to the fold.
Genr8’s work with Fortior Homes is focused on the development of the Clayworks apartment scheme in Stoke-on-Trent, the first build-to-rent block of its kind in the city. The success of this project demonstrated the demand for quality rental accommodation, and the ongoing investment into the Smithfield mixed-use development.
Genr8 has partnered with Rochdale Borough Council since 2011 to deliver the hugely successful Rochdale Riverside retail and leisure site, as well as the Rochdale Upperbanks residential and hotel project.
Genr8’s relationship with Stoke-on-Trent City Council spans more than a decade, as development partner for the Smithfield mixed-use development scheme. Working closely over the years, the partnership has successfully delivered 217,000 sq ft of Grade A and managed office space, as well as Stoke’s first Build to Rent accommodation. Future phases at Smithfield are in planning.
