Genr8 and Taylor Wimpey secure planning permission in halifax

Genr8 and Taylor Wimpey have secured planning permission for 149 family homes on the ‘Island’ residential zone of Genr8’s mixed use scheme in Sowerby Bridge. Genr8 partner Richard Ingham commented ‘this is another huge step forward in the delivery of the Sowerby Bridge project. We have been working jointly with Taylor Wimpey for some time to develop a scheme for the Island site and we are delighted to have now secure detailed planning permission. We are now looking forward to delivering the next phase of site infrastructure in 2015 ahead of the commencement of the residential scheme later that year’.
