This £50m mixed-use Genr8 project in Sowerby Bridge incorporated a significant infrastructure and flood-prevention piece, funded with a European (ESIF) grant.

The project underwent complex site remediation due to contaminated ground as a previously neglected brownfield site. The site also now provides 100,000 sq ft of high quality industrial accommodation arranged over five units, plus a new neighbourhood of 150 family homes.
