Since 2013, Genr8 has been working with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the Stoke and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership to deliver an ambitious scheme comprising office space, build to rent apartments, hospitality, and public realm.
To date, we have completed on 210,000 sq ft Grade A office space plus 11,000 sq ft managed workspace, a 140 bed Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, 730 space multi-storey car park, and 151 unit Build to Rent block.
