TELFORD

Station Quarter, Telford is a £100m+ mixed-use regeneration project forming a key part of the town’s wider growth and placemaking strategy. Partly funded by central government’s Town Fund, the development will deliver new Build to Rent homes alongside a Hilton branded hotel offer, strengthening the town centre’s residential population and visitor economy. GKRL is delivering 84 Build to Rent apartments in partnership with Nuplace and managing the delivery of a 142-bed Hampton by Hilton hotel adjacent to the residential scheme. Construction commenced on site in September 2024 and is due for completion in Jan 2027.
