Rochdale Riverside is a 200,000 sq ft retail & leisure destination anchored by a 50,000 sq ft M&S and 6-screen Reel cinema, which was delivered in April 2020.
Developed in partnership with Rochdale Borough Council as part of their £250 million regeneration of the town centre, including the Metrolink extension to Manchester City Centre.
