The next phase of development at Smithfield, with detailed planning already in place, will include the delivery of a further 62,000 sq ft of Grade A office space as 3 Smithfield. Outline planning consent has been secured for additional office accommodation comprising a total of circa 140,000 sq ft of space in 4 and 5 Smithfield.
Smithfield is the city’s distinctive new mixed-use district which incorporates residential accommodation, office space, hotel, restaurant, and multi-storey car park.
