Phase 1 of the Smithfield Masterplan office scheme comprises of One and Two Smithfield.
One and Two Smithfield were completed in 2015 and are both let to a mix of public and private sector occupiers, including the Davis Group, WaterPlus, Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Staffordshire Police, and North Staffs CCG.
Rated BREEAM excellent, the buildings are within the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings in the UK, providing exceptional working environments for over 1700 workers.
The next phase of development at Smithfield, with detailed planning already in place, will include the delivery of a further 62,000 sq ft of Grade A office space as 3 Smithfield. Outline planning consent has been secured for additional office accommodation comprising a total of circa 140,000 sq ft of space in 4 and 5 Smithfield.
Smithfield is the city’s distinctive new mixed-use district which incorporates residential accommodation, office space, hotel, restaurant, and multi-storey car park.
