A landmark residential and hotel-led development delivering the next phase of Rochdale town centre regeneration. 

Upperbanks is a major mixed-use development located adjacent to Rochdale Riverside, forming the next phase of Rochdale town centre’s long-term regeneration. The scheme comprises 245 Build to Rent apartments, a 146-bed Hampton by Hilton hotel and areas of high-quality public realm. Genr8 and Kajima worked in close partnership with Rochdale Council to deliver the scheme, which  introduced high-quality town centre living and branded hospitality, further strengthening Rochdale’s economic vitality and placemaking credentials.
